$250 per Night (minimum 7 nights)

Easter
$250 per night (minimum 4 nights)

SA Long Weekends
$225 per night (minimum 3 nights)

July School Holidays
$150 per night

April, October School Holidays
$185 per night

Off Peak : - POA

Short Term Tennency (3 6 months) : - POA

$200 deposit required within 5 working days to confirm booking. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Fully refundable $500.00 security bond required on all bookings, unless previously agreed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE / RENT

By renting our beach holiday house, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. No exclusions apply. Terms must be signed and returned with final payment 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is paid.
2. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to hire our house.
3. The person hiring the house will agree to be responsible for themselves, all guests and property.
4. Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Cleaning fees may apply if premises are not left in same condition as upon arrival
6. Please note we do not take EFTPOS or Credit Cards, only cash, Cheque, Money order or EPT- direct.
7. No pets allowed.
